It is strategically located in the area of Matogrande, a new neighborhood, a reference in the city in terms of leisure and business, in front of the Fairgrounds of A Coruña. The connection in and out of the city is easy and fast to move to other points of interest in Galicia, such as Santiago de Compostela, Ferrol or Betanzos, to plan a route to the A Costa da Morte or to visit San Andrés de Teixido. Its location allows to easily reach the city center, the beaches and visit historical and tourist sites.

Plane: The hotel is located 10 km away from Alvedro Airport. Car: The hotel is 70 km away from Santiago de Compostela via the AP9 and 588 km from Madrid via the A6. How can I get to the city center?

You can walk to Ourense Square in a 20-minute walk. Next to the hotel you also have a bus stop with a line that takes you directly to the city center or simply ask at the front desk for a taxi service.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

For reservations made through the website or directly with the hotel, please contact the hotel. For reservations made through third parties, you must contact directly with their customer service department.

Is it possible to modify or cancel a Non-Refundable reservation?

A Non-Refundable reservation cannot be cancelled nor modified.

Yes, at the front desk. There is a bike lane that connects the hotel with the city center ant the main tourist attractions (900 m. from the hotel).

Does my reservation include access to the gym?

The gym service is free of charge and is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. For a correct capacity control, it is recommended to book in advance through the app enabled for this purpose.

Can I go to the gym if I am not staying at the hotel?

Yes, but only of you are a client of the Personal Training services of Entrenamiento y Salud Coruña.

Do I have breakfast service if I take a flight at 6:00 a.m.?

It is possible to book a breakfast service for early rises. This service must be requested at the front desk before 8:00 p.m. the day before departure.

Do you have a pillow menu?

Yes, this service is available in the Confort, Premium, Superior and Deluxe.

Is it possible to request a crib of a high chair for babies?

You can request a crib or a highchair free of charge up to 2 years old. Indicate in the comment section of the reservation that you want this service or contact the hotel to request it.
